The time that we are currently lives in calls for us to use all of our tools to stay calm and relaxed. I feel passionate about spreading some love and guiding others to feel as much peace as they possibly can. I am sharing with you my three favorite techniques to turn to when you need them.

1.AFFIRMATIONS
An affirmation is as simple as declaring what your want or have, and saying it as if it is already here. Some really powerful affirmations to use right now would be:
I am calm.
I am relaxed.
I am safe.
I have more than enough.
I can trust that I am being taken care of.
I am choosing love.
I take a deep breath and I relax.
I am abundant.
Repeat these as often as you can. I suggest picking up a copy of The Love Book which is filled with affirmations, gratitude prompt and insights that you can turn to and you can fill up pages of affirmations of you own. I will also link a Youtube video below which contains healing affirmations and energy. I would suggest listening to that video as often as possible to really let those healing statements soak in. Say your affirmations in your head, write them on where you will see them around your house, say them with your family members. When you use affirmations it shifts the energy. You can release the anxious energy and calm your breath and your mind with these.
2. GRATITUDE
As you look around wherever you currently are list off all the things that you are grateful for. Include the home you live in, the water you have to drink,
the food in your kitchen. Go on a gratitude rampage. The more you focus on what you are grateful for the more you can bring into your life. When it comes to your finances be grateful for the money you have. Where you are putting your focus is what you are going to get more of, so the more you appreciate the more you can bring into your life. If you are having some difficulty sleeping then replace counting sheep with listing what you are grateful for. This energy will pivot you to feeling good and will roll over into your next day and you will wake up feeling even better. If you are spending a lot of time at home with your loved ones saying what you enjoy about them will create a happy home. The energy of where we are spending a lot of time these days is crucial to staying calm. Remember....the more you appreciate the more you will create a ripple effect around you and you will get what you put out.
3. VISUALIZATION
Your subconscious mind doesn't know if what you are imagining is real or not. Use this to your advantage by focusing only on what you want. Picture everything working out for you. Journal what you dream day to day life is. Imagine be laughing on the beach with your friends. Day dream about your perfect home, cruising in your dream car, and crushing all of your goals.You can create your reality though your thoughts. Use your time right now to launch you into the life of your dreams. I am here to remind you that you are worthy of everything that you desire and the life you what to be living is available for you. A great affirmation to use would be, "My thoughts create the world that I see, so I focus only on what I want."
